Shorehold 3-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty covers the original purchaser for three years from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship when the product is used for normal recreational purposes.

To start a warranty claim, please email us at info@shorehold.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase, which includes the purchase date and your name as the original purchaser.

What is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover issues that arise from:

• Over-filling or under-filling

• Normal wear and tear, including snags, tears, cuts, and punctures

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Fading/Cracking from sun exposure or weathering

• Improper storage

• Chemical damage 

• Items purchased as "open box" or used

• Purchases from liquidation or unauthorized sellers

• Items with an expired warranty

We do not replace entire units. Our warranty covers the replacement of defective parts only. It’s possible we may have you send it to us for repair.

For Customers Outside the US and Canada

This warranty is only valid for products purchased and used within the US and Canada. If you are located outside these countries, please contact the seller you purchased the product from to inquire about their warranty policy.
