No Refund Policy for Custom-Made Products

Because each water bladder anchor system, ratchet, pump kit and self-equalizing hitch is custom-made specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. This policy is in place because production of your unique item begins shortly after your order is confirmed, and the product is tailored.
